She has done B.E. from Nagpur University and M.Tech. from RGPV university. MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi (IGNOU), while doing the job in Jaypee Rewa Cement Plant for six years. She completed PhD. in January 2019 from JUET, Guna. She has seventeen years of teaching and industrial experience. Has attended International Conference, workshop and faculty development programs. Has published books and papers.
